The Professional Footballers Association of Ghana (PFAG) has extended its best wishes to Dreams FC as the reigning FA Cup Champions gear up for the first leg of their CAF Confederations Cup quarter-final encounter against Stade Malien of Mali.
As Ghana’s sole remaining representative in this year’s CAF Inter-Club Competitions, Dreams FC have performed excellently so far in their first ever foray onto the continental scene as they emerged the winners of Confederations Cup Group C to punch their ticket to the prestigious knock-out round.
The PFAG, as mother body for all professional footballers in the country, remains confident in the ability of the team to achieve even greater success this year.
We reaffirm our belief that the determination, team ethic and self-belief that has brought the Team thus far will continue to inspire them to surmount all future challenges beginning with the battle ahead in Bamako.
The PFAG wishes the entire playing body under the leadership of experienced headcoach Karim Zito, the very best.
Go on and deliver the much anticipated victory! Rest assured that the PFAG will lead with the support and prayers all the way from Dawu to the Malian capital tomorrow!
The PFAG continues to stand with you and for you!!
