PFAG Motivates Black Queens

Top officials from the Professional Footballers Association of Ghana (PFAG) have paid a courtesy call on the Senior Womens National team, the Black Queens at the Mariset Hotel in Osu.

Led by the Deputy General Secretary of the Association Solomon Torson, the PFAG interacted with the members of the technical team and playing body of the Queens, and presented a cheque to the tune of Ghc 4000 as well as numerous assorted items to further boost morale in camp.

The visit was to urge our gallant Queens to continue to excel in their ongoing quest to secure qualification for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.

The Queens have been in impressive form throughout the qualifying rounds, as they look to pick up one of the three AFCON tickets to the Olympiad next year. They recently recorded a 5-nil aggregate win over Gabon and will next do battle with Kenya in the next couple of weeks.

The PFAG continues to be a strong advocate of women’s football here in Ghana, and we wish our Black Queens all the best in their preparations.

The PFAG stands with them and for them!!
