The Professional Footballers Association of Ghana (PFAG) has congratulated Asante Kotoko after the Porcupine Warriors overcame a stiff test posed by Golden Kick FC to secure a historic tenth MTN F.A. Cup title over the weekend.

 

The well patronized grand finale which took place at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium, truly lived up to its billing of being a keenly contested match between two motivated sides looking to end their season on a high.

 

By virtue of this hard fought victory, Asante Kotoko have claimed Ghana’s sole ticket into the 2025/2026 CAF Confederations Cup Competition where they will do battle with the finest knock-out kings from across the continent for a chance to add yet another coveted title to their impressive haul.

 

The PFAG, as mother body for all professional footballers in the country wishes to extend its hearty congratulations to the entire playing body of Asante Kotoko under the able tutelage of headcoach Abdul Karim Zito for emerging the ultimate winners.
