PFAG and GFA Reaffirm Commitment to Improve Welfare of Players

The Professional Footballers Association of Ghana (PFAG) and the Ghana Football Association (GFA) have pledged to work together to improve the quality of football on the domestic scene.

This commitment was highlighted in a joint communique released after productive deliberations between the two parties in a meeting convened at the premises of the PFAG.

 

 

The GFA delegation was led by its president, Kurt Simeon-Okraku while the PFAG team was anchored by president Samuel Osei-Kufuor and General Secretary Anthony Baffoe.

 

High ranking executive members from both sides were present and actively participated in the day’s consultative dialogue which aimed to ensure wholesale improvements in domestic football immimentently.

 

As mother body of all professional footballers in the country, the PFAG wishes to once again express its commitment to work closely with the GFA on all considerations aimed at promoting the welfare of the players while also seeking innovative means of further developping the sport we all love in the country.
