The Professional Footballers Association of Ghana (PFAG) has sent a message of goodwill to all players of the 18 Ghana Premier League clubs as the nation’s top flight football season kicks off once again this weekend.

 

With the grand commencement rapidly approaching, and excitement levels steadily rising, the PFAG as mother body for all professional footballers in the country is keenly anticipating what promises to be an action packed and memorable domestic football campaign this year.

 

As our members, the players, ready themselves to once again take the centre stage in this season’s competitive activities, the PFAG wishes to extend its best wishes to all clubs, technical teams, officials and the teeming fans who will throng the various stadia on matchdays to offer extra support and excitement to proceedings.

 

We urge our players and all stakeholders to continue to uphold the values of hardwork, professionalism and fairplay at all times and at all venues over the course of the season.

 

Across the length and breadth of the country, from the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium to the Baba Yara Stadium, and from the Berekum Golden City Park to the Accra Sports Stadium and beyond, the PFAG will follow the exploits of the various teams competing to be crowned as worthy winners of the Ghana Premier League.
