The Professional Footballers Association of Ghana (PFAG) are happy with the commencement of the 2022/23 Malta Guinness Women’s Premier League.

 

The Women’s top division will kick-start on the weekend of October 7-10, 2022, across the Northern and Southern Sectors.

 

With all eyes fixed on the 20 competing teams, this season’s campaign promises to be action-packed and full of excitement.

 

Defending Champions Ampem Darkoa Ladies will begin their title defence at home against Northern Ladies in Techiman in the Northen Zone while former Champions Hasaacas Ladies welcome Berry Ladies at the Gyandu Park in Sekondi.

 

The PFAG, home to all of Ghana’s professional footballers, wishes to take this opportunity to wish all teams and stakeholders the very best in their endeavours this season. We also wish the scores of teeming fans a great and enjoyable viewing experience throughout the year.

 

The PFAG also wants to appreciate the role of the media in keeping to their roles of ensuring the new Season will be great one.
