The Professional Footballers Association of Ghana (PFAG) team visited Lady Strikers FC to engage the players and officials on player welfare and career development.

The session brought together about 20–25 players and five officials. Discussions focused on the role of a players’ union and the players’ knowledge of PFAG and its services.

The team also spoke about players’ rights, the importance of understanding contracts before signing, insurance, savings, and preparing for life after football.

Players had the opportunity to ask questions about PFAG’s support with injuries, contracts, life after football and available savings schemes.

The visit forms part of PFAG’s ongoing efforts to educate and support footballers both on and off the pitch.
